Guaranteed Whole Of Life Insurance

Guaranteed Whole Of Life Insurance is an excellent way of providing a life insurance payout on death for your loved ones to help them pay your funeral costs and perhaps provide a little safety net too.

Guaranteed whole of life insurance doesn’t have any medical questions and you can apply easily online. The cover lasts a lifetime but full cover doesn’t kick in for 12 months so if a death occurs within the first 12 months then just the premiums paid to that point are repaid.

As an alternative try fully underwritten whole of life insurance which will provide more cover, and cover from day 1 but will mean you have to answer some medical questions.

Age Limits

Usually this type of policy is for those that are aged over 50 years of age. The cut off age for application is usually 75 and the sum payable on death decreases the older you are for the same monthly premium.

Underwritten whole of life insurance does not have the same restrictions and is available for all applicants from the age of 18 upwards.

Maximum Number Of Policies

It’s typical that monthly premiums range from about £5p.m. to about £50p.m. and that the insurance companies will not wish to issue any more than two policies to any one individual applicant.
